  We had been shopping and were hungry plus we all wanted something different so this seemed to fit. The pasta dishes were okay but the sandwiches were better; the homemade chips were wonderful and not one was left behind.
  The atmosphere was cozy and the server was terrific. Would come back and try some other dishes.

  Food was good, but that should be expected from a corporate restaurant like this. What was not good was the service. It took forever to take our order and do simple things like refill waters. They brought our appetizer out without bringing app plates, and when my sweet, soft-spoken petite mother dared to ask the runner for some, he huffed and rolled his eyes so hard they almost fell out of his head. Then the soup. First, they brought us the wrong soup. Not only that but it was brought out before my meal even though it was supposed to come with the meal. No big deal. But then, my father tasted his soup and it literally felt like it had been sitting in the refrigerator for an hour before they brought it out. Williamsburg has too many good places to eat for you to give these people your business. Not that they'll care: they don't have the time, patience or energy for you anyway.
  
  (By the way, the restaurant was not busy. It was maybe 1/3 full.)
