  I ordered my pizza via phone and they said it would be ready in 15 minutes, was thinking yes perfect I have my infant with me that's tired I can just grab on and go home nope. I get there give them my name and phone number then they said they didn't have an order for me. Then I asked if their phone number was whatever the number is they said no it's the one down the street so I go to the other one and there's no order there for me either so basically they lied to me and never made my order I don't recommend calling them at all. Very unhappy. Especially with a sleepy fussy child.

  I typically never give bad reviews, as I do like Pizza Hut in general, but this particular store has staff with really awful customer service skills. I ordered a few of their chicken nugget/fry combos which includes a 20 oz Mountain Dew with every meal. I figured it was perfect for the kids since they were tired of eating pizza & I couldn't go to the store since I was stuck at the house with them until the morning. I also went ahead & ordered a 2 liter of Dr. Pepper & Mountain Dew; & a sour apple juice drink that came in a 20 oz bottle (I figured it was something different to try). About 15 minutes after submitting my order, I get a call from an unknown number. I answer it & I think the person identified himself as Brandon (?), I'm not sure. Nonetheless he was an employee at the Pizza Hut that was completing my order & he was calling to inform me that they were out of the sour apple drink that I had requested & wanted to substitute it with a water or soda. No big deal, I took the water. A little bit later, the delivery guy arrived & the kids rushed out to get the food. As they were bringing the food in, I noticed that there was one bag consisting of (2) 2 liters of Mountain Dew & a 20 oz bottle of water. I thought that it was strange that there would be (2) 2 liters of Mountain Dew & no Dr Pepper or small bottles of Mountain Dew that was supposed to be included in the meals. At first I wasn't going to make a big deal about it because it was just soda, but as it happens, I detest Mountain Dew & the only reason I ordered it was because the kids drink it. We didn't have many drinks in the house & I wanted Dr Pepper, so I went ahead & called the unknown number back. The same man answered & before I could say anything, told me he had to put me on hold. No problem, I'll wait. After a few minutes, he gets back on the phone & I begin to explain the problem with my order. I ask why I have a 2nd 2 liter bottle of Mountain Dew & that the Dr Pepper & small drinks were missing. This guy proceeds to tell me that they were out of individual mountain dews & said I was given more Mountain Dew than I had originally ordered. I guess that was supposed to be a good thing for those who drink Mountain Dew? I think it's silly he would call me to inform me about the apple drink but not about the other issue regarding the out of stock drinks. So after clearing up that miscommunication, I question him about why I wasn't given the 2 liter Dr Pepper that I paid for. He tells me that HE KNOWS it was packed in my order, that he packed it himself with the other Mountain Dew & bottle of water. His tone with us suggested as if we were trying to get over on him or get a free soda out of them. Mind you, he is on speakerphone & me & the kids are around the dinner table just looking at each other like this guy is crazy. After we explain again that we never received the Dr Pepper & that the bag was Mountain Dew & water...he told me that maybe the soda rolled out the bag & he would contact the driver. That was a few hours ago, dinner is over with & I'm thirsty as hell. I will never order drinks from here again, as it's too difficult for them to keep up with a lot of drink orders. I might just as well start ordering from a different location since I really don't care to get ripped off either.
