  If the pizza weren't so good, we would NEVER go back here. Every time we order, we expect terrible service, and we have yet to be pleasantly surprised. Don't bother ordering over the phone for pickup. Half the time their phone doesn't work. One time I called and they picked up: "Hello?" I wasn't calling a friend. It's never ready when you go to pick it up anyway so really no point. Customer service is pretty much the worst in Williamsburg. They tell you the pizza will be ready in ten minutes, and forty five minutes waiting in the store, you may have your pizza. If they had new management, and fired most of their existing employees, they may have a chance.

  Horrible customer service!!
  Pizza is ok but cheap..
  Took 45 min to get a hot n ready deep dish..if they didn't make u pay first I'd walk out after 15 min!!

  Great way to feed a family of 7 for under $20! Great service and pizzas are hot and fresh. On Friday nights and weekends, there may be a wait time. The longest wait has been up to 10 minutes.
