  Of the eight or so oriental take-out restaurants within the city of Williamsburg, there are only two that I like, and of the two, this one is by far my favorite. The quality of the food is quite good, especially for what your paying for. To me, the food has great textures, always seems quite tender, has good flavor and fair prices.
  In addition, (for those like myself who care about sanitation) this establishment is quite clean and well maintained. I've yet to enter this restaurant and see it dirty.
  For those interested, I can say that in comparison to most take-out I find that No 1 Restaurant's entree's tend to taste a little bit sweeter than most. With that said though I find their personal blends of flavors and spices work quite well with the sweetness and for me, I find this preferable over others.
